How to stay informed about the world news without going crazy

The Sister Brussels Café

5 minutes from Brussels Central Train Station

6 May, 2025

From 3 PM to 5:30 PM

Join us for a stimulating discussion where we explore how to follow world news, stay up to date, and not get too absorbed, enraged, or anxious about what's going on.

What you can expect from this event:

  • Share and exchange
You will be able to share and exchange on how different people live itand deal with this topic.
  • Explore the coping mechanisms
Some people get very upset, some people try to protect themselves by trying to ignore what's happening. Can we find the right balance?
  • Catch up and connect to other people
And as usual, you can connect to new people, friends and acquaintances and have an interesting discussion.
